Preparation: Using a single variety of grapes, 100% Pedro Ximenez, the albarizos floors Moriles Alto, gives this wine its ecological fineness, color and subtlety. It is fermented at 10 degrees, which gives it its characteristic acidity by natural means.

It is a white wine made from organically grown grapes. For a vineyard to be classified as organic, we must be able to prove which vineyard the grapes came, then the CAAE certifies vineyards as organic and from that date began organic practices. In this way our white wines are certified organic.

These production methods used by our parents and grandparents have been precisely what they want most demanding winemakers: smaller crop of high quality grapes that express the character of the grape variety without being marred by the aroma or taste of chemical waste.

Storage:

• The ecological white wine should be stored in cool place.

• Optimum temperature below 22 º without changes.

• Avoid storing next to strong smelling substances and unpleasant.

• Avoid noise, light and high temperatures.

• Place the bottles upright.

• Avoid sun exposure and placement along with coffee or other heat generators.

Serve: In cold temperature below 10 degrees and up to half Catavinos in order to better appreciate its intense and sharp aroma.

Consumed within a year and before 7 days once opened.

Ideal company for all kinds of snacks or meals, especially rice, seafood and fish. A young wine ideal to enjoy all year round.
