Features:

Cherry red with slight garnet edges. Nose is intense fruity aromas with notes of toasted and balsamic. In the mouth it is tasty, ample, free and elegant varietal aromas with hints of wood, very fleshy tannins well assembled. In retronasal route is long and persistent.

Certification: CRAEX ( Consejo Regulador Agroalimentario Ecológico de Extremadura ).

Preparation:

In Upper Extremadura, near the Valley Jerte and the Sierra foothills of Santa Barbara, a privileged enclave for its ideal climate, our vineyards are organic, which comes this extraordinary grape variety Cabernet Sauvignon.

The harvest is done by hand, selecting our best and oldest vineyards in the Los Angeles payment, which offer a lower yield and the highest concentration of characteristics of this varietal.

Twelve months of aging in French oak barrels and another year in bottle, we provide a unique wine, described as one of the best Cabernet Sauvignon produced in Spain.
