Grape variety: Verdejo y Viura.

Alcohol: 12.5 degrees.

Features:

Visual phase: lemon yellow with green reflections, clean, bright and transparent.

Phase Smell: Intense, clean, honest, with floral aromas and fresh fruit, citrus, fennel and anise.

Phase Taste: In the mouth, leaving feelings of flowers and fresh fruits. Well-integrated acidity, with hints of pear and melon. The move is greedy mouth, with good volume and length.

Certification: CAECyL ( Consejo de Agricultura Ecológica de Castilla y León ).

Preparation:

Selection of the harvest: the vendima is done manually in boxes, and then select a cluster by cluster to be separated by Varieties and plots.

Maceration: vintage despalillada is macerate for about 5-8 hours at low temperature (8-10 º C) to enhance extraction of flavor.

Fermantation: the must ferments at a controlled temperature around 15 º C in stainless steel tanks.

Serving: Between 8 and 10 degrees.

Packaging: Box of 6 bottles of 75 cl. each.
