Grape variety: Cabernet Sauvignon.

Features:

COLOR: Pink currant with violet hues.

BOUQUET: Intense fruity aromas of sweet strawberry, raspberry, etc.

PALATE: Entry fresh and pleasant, with a surround-flavored fruit. It is fleshy, oily feel in your mouth. Their persistence is long and has a very desirable aftertaste.

Certification: ECOCERT.

Preparation:

Development through temperature controlled fermentation, with slight pre maceration.

The production area is located in the Autonomous Community of Castilla La Mancha. The region is located northeast of the province of Albacete, between the rivers and Jucar Cabriel.

Its climate is continental with Mediterranean influences and low light rainfall.

The climatic conditions are extreme with temperatures close to -20 º C in winter to 45 º C in summer. This coupled with low air humidity, provides pest control, making it relatively easy to produce high quality organic wines.

Serving: Between 6 and 10 degrees.
