Species: Lamb sheep belonging to race Segureña.
Certified: All the farms and livestock as well as industries that produce or handle those products are included in records and subject to a control regime and that inspections by supervisory bodies at European level, in every country guarantee compliance with the legislation.
The lambs: In Organic Agriculture and Livestock, in general, used production techniques which ignore the use of chemical fertilizers, pesticides, phytohormones, feed additives and in general all the synthetic chemicals in production and subsequent processing of products. At the same time it is seeking the highest quality products while retaining and improving soil fertility.
Our lambs consume only organic cereals cultivated in our green land also located in Castilla la Mancha low so the meat has a different taste and arguably healthy and conventional natural lamb.
Packaging: The lamb is served whole or cut or in one piece, vacuum-packed.
The advantages of conservation vacuum, which triples the shelf life of fresh meat to three or four months since it eliminates the oxygen in the package.
The minimum order is 4 lambs (about 26 kg.).
